Yorkville Acquisition Corp., Trump Media & Technology Group, and Crypto.com announced on August 26th that they had signed a 德菲nitive agreement to merge their businesses to form Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc., a digital asset treasury focused on acquiring Cronos’ native 加密貨幣currency (CRO). The treasury is expected to consist of $1 billion in CRO, $200 million in cash, $220 million in cash-exercisable warrants, and a $5 billion equity line of credit provided by Yorkville’s affiliate, YA II PN, Ltd. This structure will make it the first and largest publicly traded CRO treasury.
