Regarding the implementation of revolving loans, Aaves collateral rate for ETH is 93%, which means that arbitrage players can even use up to 14 times leverage to obtain interest rate spread income. This reason is my personal speculation.

According to SoSoValue data, the total net inflow of Ethereum spot ETFs on July 22 was $534 million, the third highest in history.
